Kassidee and Maddison's precious hands
A Reminder: This is to remind Mom and Dad,
When I have grown so tall,
That once I was quite little
And my hands were very small.
Tiny handprints grow so fast
Their awkward groping soon will clasp
A ball, a book, a sweetheart's hand
A diploma, breifcase, wedding band.
Tiny handprints grow so strong
It doesn't take them very long
To snap a shirt, to paint,
to draw To labor hard, to drive a car.
Tiny handprints grow to be
A person that is quite unique
A wonderful mix of so many things
With his own feelings, thoughts and dreams...
I feel unique :)

Happy St Patricks Day!
Did you know? Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland wasn't actually Irish, he was born around 373 A.D. in either Scotland, near the town of Dumbarton, or in Roman Britain. The Shamrock (traditional spelling: seamróg, meaning summer plant) is a three-leafed clover that grows in Ireland. A common image in Celtic artwork, the shamrock is found on Irish medieval tombs and on old copper coins, known as St. Patrick's money. The plant is also reputed to have mystic, even prophetic powers-- for instance the leaves are said to stand upright to warn of an approaching storm.
Legend has it that St. Patrick used the shamrock in the fifth century to symbolize the divine nature of the trinity when he introduced Christianity to Ireland.
The seamróg is a big part of Irish history, as the Shamrock was used as an emblem by the Irish Volunteers in the era of Grattan's Parliament in the 1770's, The Act of Union. When it became an emblem of rebellion in the 19th century, Queen Victoria made wearing a seamrog by member's of her regiments punishable by death by hanging. It was during this dark time that the phrase "the Wearing of the Green" began. Today the seamróg joins the English Rose and the Scottish Thistle on the British flag and is an integral part of Saint Patrick's Day celebrations.
"The Wearing of the Green" also symbolizes the birth of springtime. Irish legend states that green clothes attract faeries and aid crops.

Overview:
Melanie (Raven-Symoné) is a high school student who can't wait to go away to college and get away from her overprotective father (Martin Lawrence), who happens to be the town chief of police. Hoping to visit several different schools to pick the one she wants to get to, Melanie has a big wrench thrown into her traveling plans when dear ol' dad insists on escorting her across the country.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the one's who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason.. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.Tuesday, March 04, 2008
*Peace*

The most powerful prayer in the world is how you FEEL. I of many people feel frustrated and helpless, as if my voice or prayers aren't being heard. But your prayers, in the form of your feelings, are heard, and these feelings are reflected back to you in your daily experiences. (As Heather Macauley) states in her audio CD. If your prayers are feelings of anger and frustration and helplessness, you will receive more of what you've been "praying" for. There are fundamential differences between thinking about love and feeling love, it's the same with peace. This audio CD will explain how to re-pattern your thinking and give you the tools for having peace as a reality in every moment of your life!!!!
I try to listen to this 4-6 days a week if not more! It has helped me with "It's OKAY" on my worried thoughts and frustated feelings that have occured in my life. It teaches you to have have love, peace and harmony within your self... I would recommend this to EVERYONE! It may touch you in your only little way.
