Birthday Weekend July 19th

Life has been just crazy this last month, I've been slacking on my posts, because so much has been happening - :) I love the picture of Shianne and Nathaniel with my brother Jake, both are taller then him, they are my oldest niece and nephew and they are not so little anymore... We all had so much fun together, it nice to have everyone down for this weekend.... It meant allot to Mitch, I and the girls having everyone there!

Saturday morning the family got up and hung out all day at Sand Hollow! It was such an amazing day! We all got to waveboard on the early glass water, then of course the tubing water was later that afternoon.... Tried to throw my brother Jake off, but he wasn't having it, could not get him off for nothing.. We hung out at the beach, had some yummy lunch, threw the football and played other water games... Everyone tried the skim board which was allot of fun to watch

More fun! I love every minute of it......

That night we had a party/BBQ at the house, which was allot of fun! Had more friends over with the family and "Albertsons" made these awesome birthday cakes... Maddison as you can see in the pictures loved everything she got.. Thank you everyone for doing and giving to Maddison, she was very appreciative and thankful for her wonderful birthday!. I can't believe my baby is 6, going into 1st grade. She'll be going all day, but she is so excited to learn learn learn! I love her comedian personality...

Kassidee, 9 years old..... To think she was just a newborn again! She has grown so much. 4th grade this year - such a smart and artistic little lady! Kassidee loved everything she got, she made sure that everyone knew how thankful she was to have them there :) Another fabulous year, and we look forward to watching both our girls continue to grow. They are such a blessing!!

It means allot to have such amazing family and friends in OUR life! Thank you "EVERYONE" for giving a special part of you to me and my family :) I know I don't get to see or talk to many of our family or friends, but we do think about each and everyone of you in our daily lives.. My love goes out to "ALL" of my wonderful peeps.......

Just because.............

My girls are super smart, and beautiful inside and out. They both have such great BIG hearts. Kassidee and Maddison are growing up each and every day, In their own unique and special ways. Both of my girls are filled with such joy, always so excited each day! When I am sad and have a bad day, Both of my girls know how to make my hurt go away. I love my girls more than words could ever say, and I am very greatful that they are alive each and every day. They mean more to me than anyone will ever know, When my girls are not around me the days seem to go by so slow. Everyday brings a brand new start, After all my children are my heart. I thank God each and every day, That he sent two beautiful angels my way

Happy 6th Birthday Maddison..............

Happy Birthday Maddison, I can't believe you are 6 already and going to be a 1st grader! Growing too fast for mommy... It's been said a daughter may outgrow your lap, but she will never outgrow your heart, so I do enjoy every minute of watching you grow each and every day! Maddison choose to eat at Applebee's for her birthday dinner. Shianne is down so Maddison was excited to have her there! It was allot of fun, we talked and ate great food. They came to sing to Maddison and she was so cute and enjoyed every minute of it! Our waitress said Maddison was such a comedian, which is totally her personality! I love Maddison's kind loving self, so fun to be around....

I am honored and blessed to have Maddison as my daughter! She teaches me everyday and makes me a better mom because of it. A daughter is a gift of love and a parents treasure. Words can hardly describe

Lake fun W/Friends......

Last weekend we had Shane, Natalie, Bryton and Braxton up for the weekend. We went out to Sand Hollow for one of the days and had a wonderful time! I enjoyed having them down and catching up! Braxton and Bryton are such wonderful kids, I love watching them grow and they have the cutest personalities... The girls have such a great time with them :) Thank you guys for all you did, the girls "LOVED" their birthday presents. Again, it was such a relaxing weekend and we were so glad you made it down! Look foward to the next time.................

Happy Birthday Kassidee......

Kassidee turned 9 years old. Time has just flown right by and I can't even believe she is going into the 4th grade! I have enjoyed every moment of her 9 years of learning and growing as a young little girl. I look forward to every year to come :) Kassidee is such a wonderful little girl, so sweet in everyway! She has taught me so much at every angle to be a better mom each and every day! The love she gives so freely is a rare and beautiful gift. She brings the sunshine right indoors and gives your heart a lift. With every busy, happy year she’s dearer than before, Through every stage… through every age, You love her more and more. How could you not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kassidee decided to go to Pirate Island Pizza for her birthday dinner. It was ALLOT of fun! She won the "Jackpot" on one of the games! She decided to share her tickets with Maddison which was very thoughtful of her to do. The staff sang to her and gave her a huge ice cream sundae that we all endulged on, and of course her and Maddison had some fun with it as you can see in the pic's below! I am so proud of Kassidee, and so honored to be her Mom! She means the world to me! I want her to know that she brings so much joy into my life.

Baby Asher.........

A basket full of sunshine, A house full of joy. What could be sweeter, Than a new baby boy. My dear friend Kiely delivered a precious little baby boy! His name is Asher and so handsome.... We went over to visit him this last week and we loved every minute of it. Nothing's as precious, or brings so much love, as a brand new baby sent from above! Holding Asher brought back so many precious moments of Kassidee and Maddison as babies - the worldest sweetest miracles and I am so blessed to have them both as my daughters...

Happy 4th of July!.....

Hanging out with family and friends, BBQing, fireworks, hot sun, what else could anyone ask for...... Another fabulous 4th of of July holiday! My brother Jake and his kids are down for the summer so it has been so NICE to see and hang out with them. My nieces Kodi and Kellsie were also up from Salt Lake so we had allot of fun with all the kids! I love the picture with all of them laying on the grass with their legs up just chillin! My mom had the BBQ at her house and we all made yummy food, hung out until we went to the downtown park to watch the firework show! We took a cooler full of drinks and blankets to hang out on the grass and watch the show... As you can see the pictures below we always have a great time!

Kids being kids, while we waited for the firework show, we did cartwheels and handstands :) It was actually pretty entertaining. Good times!!!!

Johnson Family Reunion 2009

It's been a tradition for years having our yearly family reunion! My mom has 8 siblings and each year each one of those brothers or sisters plan's a fabulous reunion for the Johnson side. This year was Uncle Joe's turn... It was at Huntington Lake! It was such a "Blast", weather was awesome! We had rain the first night, but sunny the rest of the time. The water was "FABULOUS" pretty much glass the entire time, we actually had to create wake's for the tube riders :) We took our boat and everyone seemed or said that they had a wonderful time :) Tam, my brother's best friend who has been in our family since I was 5 years old also came and they brought their cabin cruisers! The food was amazing, each family picks either breakfast or dinner for that day. Makes it really nice for cost and everyone gets a turn on cooking! Plus we get to try everyone's style of food :) Catching up time is the best, getting to see everyone and how much the kids have grown up! My aunts bring the updated family tree history, and we play board games together! We also sit by the fire and this year my Aunt Gwen did a game how well you know your parents! They asked us kids 5 questions that our parents would have told us about them before we were born.... My brother Jake was awesome, he got 4 out of 5 right :) He's good. It was also fun, because you do learn allot about the family :) We did smores and told funny jokes! Thanks for another wonderful year! I am totally looking forward to next years..... Love you all
